Fees and Hours

Bulk billing is available for individual clients who attend between 9am-5pm Thursdays and Fridays, with a Mental Health Care Plan referral from their GP.

There is a $40 gap fee for after-hours appointments (Thursdays and Fridays 8am and 5pm-6pm,  and Saturdays 8am-6pm). This fee must be paid by EFT at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

The fee for couples and private  (non-Medicare) individuals is $150. This fee must be paid by EFT at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. A receipt will be provided for private health insurance rebates.

To obtain Medicare rebates for psychological services, you need to have a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP. The Medicare claim for the Mental Health Care Plan needs to be submitted prior to your first session with a psychologist. Please email your GP referral before your first session (see Medicare section below).

To obtain private health insurance rebates for psychological services, you need to ring your insurance company to check your level of cover and the maximum number of sessions that can be claimed.

For Transport Accident Commission, Victims of Crime and Department of Veterans Affairs claims please contact your funding organisation to determine what paperwork needs to be processed by your psychologist at the conclusion of each session. In most cases a referral from a GP is also required.
